Music

We have a robust music ministry that enriches our worship experience and offers various musical opportunities. We have music ensembles who perform weekly, monthly, and on special occasions. If you sing or play handbells or other musical instruments, we would love for you to join us in these music ministries.

Choral Scholars Program

The purpose of the FUMC Choral Scholars Program is to expand FUMC’s faithful worship of God by complementing our Choirs, Music, and Ministry with University-level students of faith, talent, and industry. It is our goal to encourage our recipients in the development of their spirituality and artistic ability to provide a further framework to their commitment to Christ and His Church. FUMC will offer four scholarships (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) with the intention of commitment and scheduling of the recipients in September. Recipients will sing with our Family and Sanctuary Choirs on Sundays and act as section leaders of their respective vocal classification.
